ITM Pest Solutions, based in Cape Coral, combines termite and pest work with lawn care, insulation and wildlife control under one roof, according to its website. For termites, the company says its approach can combine treating the soil, installing bait stations and applying barrier products, scaled to how severe the infestation is, and it offers warranties on its termite work. One notable extra: ITM installs TAP Blown-in Insulation, a recycled-material product with a borate additive the company says helps deter ants, termites and cockroaches. It performs wood-destroying-organism inspections and serves Fort Myers, Naples and Cape Coral. The site doesn't publish pricing or say how often it re-checks bait stations, so ask about the monitoring schedule.
