Submit or correct a listing

What we can accept

• A missing business. It needs a current state licence with a termite or wood-destroying-organism category. Send the licence number and the issuing state and we'll verify it against the register.
• A correction. Wrong name, wrong location, licence lapsed, business closed. These matter most: a stale listing is worse than no listing.
• Contact details. No state register we use publishes phone numbers or websites, so we don't show them. If it's your business, send them and they'll appear on your listing once the licence is confirmed.

What we can't accept

Reviews, ratings, testimonials, awards or marketing copy. Nothing goes on a listing that can't be traced to a public record, so there's nowhere to put them. Paid placement isn't available either.
