Lume Pest Control calls itself a third-generation, family-owned company built in West Palm Beach, distinguishing itself on its site from national chains and private-equity-backed competitors. Its flat monthly plan, called LumeShield, starts at $99 and is advertised as covering palmetto bugs, ants, mosquitoes, rodents and iguanas in one price, with visits every month rather than quarterly. The company offers a free inspection with every quote and says it provides free re-services if pests return between visits under its satisfaction guarantee. Same-day service is available when scheduling allows, and the site says a first visit is free for veterans and first responders. It doesn't list termite treatment methods in detail, so ask what's included before signing up.
